Under the auspices of GBR (GLOBAL BEST of RECORDS) – THE WORLD BOOK OF RECORDS FOR ASIA AND AFRICA with the motto “EVERY RECORD IS A HISTORY”, a new speed achievement has been officially registered.
Amateur skier Sergey Apenko set a new Speed Skiing Record of Asia and Africa during a night high-speed downhill run, reaching an incredible speed of 160.953 km/h.
The record was officially registered by the GBR Record Registration Officers Service in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
This achievement demonstrates the extraordinary potential of amateur sports and the courage of athletes who push the limits of speed and human capability.
